Ashley completed an end of tenancy clean and equivalent clean of our new house. He was friendly, professional and turned up on time! He went out of his way to assist us in moving heavy appliances out of the property which was beyond our expectations. The quality of the clean was excellent and where our landlord was overly picky he promptly returned to complete the identified jobs. We received our full deposit back as promised and would definitely recommend him.

Ashley has cleaned carpets and upholstery at our establishment for many years and we have found him to be well priced, reliable and hard working. We would recommend him to anyone who wants a quality job done however difficult it might be, he treads hard and has a great manner and will bend over backwards to ensure all his work is exemplary..

Absolutely amazing service from Ashley. Turned up on time and did a great job. Ashley did an end of tenancy clean for me, including bathroom, bedroom, kitchen, oven etc etc. He was completely flexible when the landlord showed up making life difficult for everyone and getting in the way and even worked around the removals company moving my stuff out. Cleaned the bathroom and kitchen/oven and left it looking like it had just been fitted. He was cheerful, did a good job and didn't do the standard "give it a wipe down and look clean". Would 100% recommend Ashley Haynes cleaning to anyone for any kind of cleaning.

Completely unprofessional, complained the whole time because of how much hard it was. He also took pictures and passed them to our letting agent - I hired him- not the letting agent- unprofessional

Ashley has just been to clean our carpets (2 kids and a dog) and they now look brand new. Professional, no fuss and well priced - can definitely recommend.

Did an absolutely amazing job. Cannot fault his work! Friendly guy, nothing was too much of a trouble for him, even had to deal with my hellish landlord making an appearance and trying to boss him! He managed to remove stains out of a carpet none of us in my house thought anyone would be able to, we were getting ready to pay for a new one! House looked as if it was brand new, everything was spotless and even my landlord-from-hell couldn't fault his work. Thank you so much, would happily recommend to everyone!!

We have been amazed by the service Ashley has provided at both our rental property and our own home and feel very confident in recommending him. One of the properties is particularly old and his work has completely transformed the place, saving us a fortune on items which would otherwise have needed replacing. We can't thank him enough.

We had an end of tenancy clean and the end result is incredible. It was spotless, smelled fresh and overall look amazing. We barely recognised the place! Ashley was so friendly and professional as well. He always responded to me quickly even when I had last minute questions and on the day he was on time and really personable. Turned up on time but spent the entire time moaning! Who doesn’t hoover before cleaning a wood floor! Who doesn’t dust empty shelves! Cobwebs left, dirty floors in corners = reduced deposit returned It’s a one man band so don’t expect miracles!

Ashley did an end of tenancy clean at our rental in Romsey and carpet clean in my new house and his service is great. I used his services four years ago at another rental in Winchester for an end of tenancy clean and received all of my deposit back. He's gone above and beyond today to help outside of his remit and I would recommend him for end of tenancy cleans and carpet cleaning. Thanks Ashley!

Ashley completed our end of tenancy cleaning including oven and carpets and left the place looking great. The Landlord was happy with the service and we received our full deposit back without hesitation. Great service wouldn't hesitate to use him again.

Did an extremely poor job for an end of tenancy clean, to the point of leaving bits of broken glass on the floor and leaving very basic places like skirting boards and behind furniture untouched. We ultimately were forced to go around sorting things out ourselves, and then pay for an additional cleaner. Ashley never honoured the refund despite agreeing to the amount. It's a real shame because he did a fine job a few years ago on a different rental property, but this was awful. Update: Having seen this review, Ashley issued the refund.

We moved in 2020 and used Ashley, and then again for another move this year: he was our first choice. Ashley was extremely helpful, attended within a couple of days of my calling him, and the clean was outstanding. It is a competitive rate for a full clean, including carpets, and the results both times were fantastic. He is also lovely to talk to on the phone, and obviously very experienced with end of tenancy cleans. I would not hesitate to use him again.
